Jamaatis clash with cops 45 hurt, 49 held

The activists of Jamaat-e-Islami and it is student wing Islami Chhatra Shibir clashed with law enforcers in a variety of districts on Saturday, departing a minimum of 45 hurt including numerous police personnel.

In Jessore police arrested 10 Jamaat and Shibir activists from different regions of the district earlier within the day.

Police stated two cases were filed from the arrestees underneath the Fast Trial Act.

Jessore's Kotwali Model Police Station OC Golam Rahman told bdnews24.com Shibir people all of a sudden presented a procession from while watching Islami Bank office at Chowrast intersection within the town.

Police arrested six from while watching Sonali Bank office in the Rail Road. OC Rahman stated these were held for offering procession if you don't take permission in the administration and also over suspicion of making anarchy.
